Barracudas Activity Day Camps has been offering exciting activity experiences since 1992. What began as a single camp has expanded into an impressive network of 46 summer camps, 39 Easter camps, and over 7 half-term camps, along with various specialist courses across the UK. Furthermore, the strategic introduction of push notifications directly to parents’ devices enhanced communication, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement, resulting in smoother operations and increased customer satisfaction.
+–Further Innovations: Tailored Multi-Day Camp Booking System (2021)
With the launch of Barracudas’ specialist football and hub camps, SourceCodeStudio upgraded their custom booking system software to support multi-day camp structures. By refining the booking process to encourage complete-period bookings, the user experience was significantly improved, directly contributing to higher customer satisfaction and increased efficiency in resource management.
